Anastasia advises on commercial and contract law matters and is involved in corporate transactions and due diligence projects. She also contributes to broader corporate initiatives.

Earlier in her career, she gained experience within both a tax practice and a family office. She holds an international academic background and an additional qualification in legal translation and professional legal communication.

Anastasia obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International Law from the Russian Foreign Trade Academy under the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. She later completed a Master’s degree in IT Law at Kutafin Moscow State Law University and undertook specialised studies in Chinese law.
