Alexandra is a graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University. She has substantial experience in providing legal support to Web3 projects, including the structuring and launch of international corporate entities, as well as advising on marketing campaigns and cross-border collaborations.
She also specialises in the legal and economic structuring of venture capital transactions. Alexandra has hands-on experience with investment instruments such as SAFEs (Simple Agreement for Future Equity), SAFTs (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens) and token warrants.
