Daria is a lawyer with over 14 years’ experience advising international clients on M&A transactions, private investment projects and complex financial matters.
For more than a decade, she has acted for private clients on inheritance, family and corporate law issues — from prenuptial agreements to bespoke asset structuring and capital protection strategies. She is recognised among leading specialists in corporate and private capital matters according to professional rankings.
Daria has substantial sector experience in agriculture, IT, real estate and natural resources. She graduated from Kutafin Moscow State Law University, is a certified mediator, and previously worked at KPMG and PwC Legal.
She has undertaken executive education at Cornell University (USA) in family enterprise management. Darya is fluent in English and is currently studying Spanish and Chinese.
