Key Competencies

Ruslan specialises in TMT, Web3, data protection, as well as employment law.
In the Web3 sphere, Ruslan supports projects in relation to token issuance structuring, SAFT arrangements, token warrants and related digital asset documentation.

He also advises clients on executive remuneration structures, including long-term incentive programmes, and on the drafting and implementation of employment contracts and termination arrangements.

Ruslan advises companies on the development of internal policies and compliance documentation, including codes of ethics and corporate governance standards. He has also gained substantial experience conducting HR due diligence in the context of M&A transactions.
In addition, he focuses on intellectual property and IT law, including matters relating to trademarks, software, licensing, copyright and related rights, as well as the protection and commercialisation of IP assets.
