Sergey heads the Cyprus office of White Stone and leads the firm’s international investment advisory practice.
He has many years’ experience structuring and executingcross-border investment and finance transactions. Under his leadership, clients have successfully completed IPOs and SPOs, as well as some of the largest M&A transactions in the Russian agricultural sector.
Sergey possesses in-depth knowledge of offshore financial markets, enabling him to design optimal transaction structures and investment models, including projects implemented in the Republic of Cyprus and other EU jurisdictions.
